Einar was doing full-study piano and minor classical singing study, but when he finished his advanced level exam on the piano in 2014, he switched to full-time singing and minor classical piano study and finished the same exam for his singing studies in 2016. During his vocal studies in Iceland, he performed in four Icelandic operas and operettas including the Title Role in Sæmundur Fróði (Saemunder The Learnd) written by the Doctorate Þórunn Guðmundsdóttir.
